INGREDIENTS:
- 5 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
flakes
- 1 tb. dried basil
- 1 tb. dried marjoram
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
HEAT
oil in a heavy skillet.
ADD all
ingredients except lemon juice
HEAT
for 1 1/2 minutes, then add the lemon juice.
Heat through.
SERVE over
your favorite pasta noodle (1 1b).
SERVES 4.
