Ginger Tea

Prescribed by the Chinese to settle an upset stomach, Ginger Tea is also a refreshing beverage.  

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 c. spring water
  • 1/4 c. sliced fresh ginger
  • 2-3 tb. honey

BRING water with ginger to a boil. Cook covered for 15 mnutes.

REMOVE ginger root. Stir in 2 tb. honey. Taste and add another tb. of honey if desired.

SERVE hot or cold, with a slice of lemon.
